Two highly responsive sensors and some well tested software offer students the functionality not just to make a graph but also to calculate 1st and 2nd derivatives for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advantage of this is that the MGA can measure a variety of parameters simultaneously and also display them. This is demonstrated, for example, in experiments on simple harmonic motion, where the relationship between the change in force over time and the deflection from rest, as well as the phase shift, can be shown very clearly. It also comes into its own for elastic and inelastic collisions, where the velocities of the two colliding bodies can be determined simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Systematic structure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The workbook is designed in such a way that that students can not only learn more of the actual physics involved but also find out about and master the possibilities of the versatile software.
